Fujairah Ministry of Human Resources is tasked with formulating and coming up with suggestions of all regulations required for administrative development and employees affairs. They are tasked with implementing rules and regulations and coordinating with the specialized authorities to the General Pension and Social Security Authority while representing the Emirate of Fujairah in accordance with the civil service.

HR faced the need to update their paper-based system to manage thousands of vacancies which just kept piling and decided to reach out to Timeline to develop an iOS and Android application.

Project Description

Fujairah Ministry of Human Resources faced the need to create a consolidated portal that would run multiple independent applications and interfaces and remove redundant functionalities.

Value Delivered

On the completion of the project, Fujairah HR enables access to consolidated information in 3 key areas, such as legal affairs, media centre, that gathers up-to-date information on the latest news, events, product launches and innovations in Fujairah, and training and development portal, that offers an access to administration and learning activities.

The delivered application is supported with CMS, developed using the latest MVC, CSS 3.0 and HTML 5 combination to ensure its full responsiveness. CMS enables to:
